Overview
A tile is a promotional item that you can add to the homepage of the space. You can add tiles only in a space using the Master Page layout. Tiles are grouped in a Dashboard.
The tile will be displayed differently depending of the amount of link associated to the Tile.

Tile Display
If a tile is redirecting to 1 content, you can add an icon to illustrate your tile. We will call it a "Single Link Tile"
In other cases (multiple content), it will show the links. We will call it a "Multiple Link Tile"
Access Dashboard
STEP 1
In your space homepage, click on Content
STEP 2
A new page is displayed with the list of content from your space. The first entry should be a Dashboard. This is where the tiles are managed.
Click on Edit Node to open the modification screen.
Dashboard Overview
In this screen, you can :
- Find the Title (Internal Name for the Dashboard)
- Find the list of Tiles.
- Remove or edit a tile
- Reorder the tiles
Add a Tile
STEP 1
In order to create a new Tile, click on Add new custom block
Single link tile

During Tile Creation, it lets to customize the tile with the following options
- Push to Mobile View lets the tile to be accessible when Solvay Intranet page is accessed via Mobile Phone
- Show in Tiles Library lets the user to have the tile created to be available in the Tiles Library, which lets user to customize and add this tile to their own Solvay One page under Dashboards
- Internet Access Display lets the tile to be available when Solvay Intranet page is accessed in Internet connection(Without Solvay VPN).
- Mandatory tile option is only for Admins who manage the overall Home Page of Intranet site
