DS service team: create new entries in inventory file

ISSC: order the Chromebox

  • Revevol will recommend one model per zone (annual review)

ISSC: request IP (and VLAN eventually)

DS service team: Appspace configuration before Chromebox installation

ISSC: request installation procedure and provide IP

DS service team: send procedure to ISSC

ISSC / OSS: Chromebox installation

    • Chromebox name
    • IP
    • Subnet mask
    • Gateway
    • DNS 1
    • DNS 2
    • Serial number
    • MAC @

DS service team: finalize Chromebox installation
