The BPM Project planning is done once we receive the appropriate requirement. Else we involve our Technical expert and arrange the sessions with functional experts as "Preparation Phase" where we align the business needs by providing the technical solution.

We do use Agile methodology by involving multiple sprints or scrum master. We also interact with business in order to provide the status of the project on bi-weekly basis and also to showcase the Application built so far in our calls to have quick feedback right away.
