In a training context or in some other situations, the Support team could have to use Cisco WebEx to share its screen with you or to see your screen.

If needed, the support team member will provide you a link to it WebEx room. Clicking this link will try to install a Google Chrome extension, but you could be unable to properly install it.

So, click on the hyperlink "Run a temporary application" (highlighted in the image below) in order to access your trainer WebEx room.
