2 types of licenses

  • View only
  • Edition

You are automatically granted a viwer license when you want to access a document created by someone else but you need to request the full license to create and edit documents.

View-only users can

Request a license
Own documents that they owned prior to joining the Enterprise account
Access their documents page and manage documents* (delete/restore and move into/out of folders
Download document
View, comment on, and share documents* via email and access links

View-only users cannot

Create documents and folders (includes import and duplication)
Edit documents (includes renaming)
Publish documents via URL or embed code
