In order to allow the update of OEE data into Eschbach the following pre-requisites should be checked before starting importing data:
- The service account used to connect should have read access to the PI server
- For the direct connection it is the account used for running the IIS application ( the gMSA account that the application uses)
- For the connection via OPC router it is a dedicated service account
- Know the PiWebAPI url
- Process cell path to retrieve (ex. \\ITSPIAS19\SPI_Specialty\Systems\Eschbach\Tecnoflon)
- Verify that the communication between the MES server and the Eschbach server is authorized on port 443
