QV Access Request Form
Access to Spend data is restricted to people who have the authorization to see the Purchasing Dashboard. If someone doesn't have access to the Purchasing Dashboard, he has to fill a QlikView Access Request Form:
In the form, enter your personal information, check the box "Add Access", choose the dashboard Purchasing Performance Visibility and add a reason to access this dashboard: "I use the Supply Chain Core Dashboard. I would like to have access to the Spend data in the PPV in order to have all necessary information regarding Supply Chain." In the next page, choose "Suppliers" and "All Zones".
