The aim of the WEGO (Innovation) Sheet is:

  • Monitor the outlook of the innovation pipeline over the years across various dimensions including stage, archetype or GPM cluster. 
  • Understand the gap between the WEGO and Salesforce pipelines.
  • Identify opportunities in Salesforce that lack a WEGO ID but could potentially be linked to the WEGO pipeline.
