1. Procedure to Update Users list

  • Go to BMC Helix platform and click on "Report"

  • Search by inputting "Active Users" or Go to All, BMC Remedy Operational Reporting, Admin Report.
  • Open the report "Active Users".

  • Export the table to update our Users Management spreadsheet.
