Follow the steps to create a ticket for SAP access and issues in Freshdesk
Login to customer portal
Click on icon
Ticket → new
Fill the details like below for their corresponding stream with their Solvay Email ID, Solvay ID and SAP system
in Cc mention your Solvay stream leader mail ID and CGI stream leader mail ID along with other mail ID as shown
