Once we receive a ticket through qualtrics form filled by the user, proceed as below to provide the access,

MIRO - Access - Once logged in click on the below option,
- Next go to "Users"' option,
- Click on "Add team members" option to invite users for accessing MIRO,
- Copy paste the email id of the users in the box you want to invite, select the option "Occasional License" and click on "Send invitations" button as below,
- Once the invite is send inform user as follows and resolve the ticket,

Please accept the invite after which you will be able to connect to the tool.
