• Login to Mailjet
  • Go to profile and click on "Account Settings"


  • Select "My support tickets "

  • Here we will be able to see all the support tickets raised :



  • In order to create a new ticket click on  "Open a ticket " option which is present at the bottom of the page :

  • Select the specific category to open the request

  • Provide the subject and description and then click on "Open this ticket"


  • Now the ticket will be created and support team can the necessary action
