Step-by-step guide

  1. In this ticket user is asking to IDM access and provide the reference user id.
  2. Reference user having the below roles.

          

      3.In this case 

         IDM access we assign to L0 team or else for IDM access we can add a note to veerle.ravijts@solvay.com

         Reference user having any IS role we can assign  same role to user

          The BR IS SLV Global Contact Center
