The tickets for the management of users in the SAP PIM SIA  systems can be of different types. These can be : -


  • Creating Users in PIM SIA
  • Deactivate User
  • Delete User in PIM SIA

  • Creating Users in PIM SIA :-

           We will see the complete process how to create the user in PIM SIA

                     

                      Step 1 :- Create New User and Profile Information :-


      Please follow the below attached screenshot and the highlighted link in order to create the New user and profile information :-

      

         


               Step 2  :-     Fill in Administration tab: External Key and User Name is the same their User ID and Password. Enter Password twice and click Save

Step 3  :-   User is Created Highlighted below in Blue and Rights are Updated

  • Deactivate User

               Now ,  We will see the complete process How to Deactivate User in SAP PIM SIA System

              Move over the Lock tab highlight blue and press Save.


            



  • Delete User in PIM SIA
