As for the security aspects, in Flexdesk / SWOW mode, here are the Group rules issued by our Group Security department : 

• The flexibility of the new spaces (no more dedicated desks) does not allow secure cable for each laptop (with individual key). Nevertheless all employees must ensure asset and data protection.
• Therefore, each employee has individual access to a personal locker that can be used to place his/her personal belongings and his/her laptop.
• Specific attention should be brought during the lunch break, as considered the most critical. The placement of the PC in the locker is mandatory at this time.
• For breaks: Coffee, photocopying, small talk, bathroom: The risk is acceptable as long as the clean desk policy is well applied and the laptop is systematically locked.
