Oss note 1649615 - 711SP9 Report RSAR_PSA_NEWDS_MAPPING_CHECK inactivates PSA
Symptom
The report 'RSAR_PSA_NEWDS_MAPPING_CHECK' inactivates PSA (OBJSTAT = 'INA' in table
'RSTSODS') unnecessarily if the new datasource is inactive (OBJSTAT = 'INA' in table 'RSDS'). This cause
the following short dump in reactivation of new datasource. The short dump looks like:
'SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC' 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB' in method 'CL_RSAR_PSA=>
__UPDATE_DIRECTORY_TABLES'

Caution: You have to perform this manual post-implementation step manually and
separately in each system after you have imported the Note to implement.
If the report 'RSAR_PSA_NEWDS_MAPPING_CHECK' has been executed prior to the
correction of the note then you can execute the Z report
'ZRS_CHECK_ORPHANPSA_NEWDS' present in attachment to correct the
inconsistencies.
