group for both Legacies processes and SAP ERP Systems (PF1 and
RCS), offering consolidated view capabilities at the Group level.

Access

Access to the Tiers Application SCREEN Qliksense dashboards has to be requested (See Getting an account): Qlik Access Request Form .

Access is managed at company level, which you will need to precise when requesting the access : the SCREEN BW queries has to be requested : BW Access Request Form (for some guidance in BW, see BUSINESS WAREHOUSE)


Perimeter

Currently the WBP Tiers SCREEN Application contains data coming from the  PF1 and WP1 ERP serverservers.

Data update

The data is updated daily around ~5 am Paris Time.

SCREEN is based on the new Solvay Group Taxonomy : see following pages for more info


Data update

  • For month M & M-1 : automatic upload:
    • every day between D-2 & D+7 (where D = 1st working day of a month)
    • weekly on saturdays
  • Full load (Y,Y-1,Y-2) : 
    • once a month at D+8
Note

Screen BW data are not stored (retrieved from all others applications (FI, Logistics (Tiers), Master data).

  • The X rate considered is the Daily Month Average (M) rate (table managed by finance team, source ECB - European Central Bank) based on Document creation date.
