In a training context or in some other situations, the Support team could have to use Cisco WebEx to share its screen with you or to see your screen.

If needed, the support team member will provide you a link to it WebEx room. Clicking this link will try to install a Google Chrome extension, but you could be unable to properly install it.

SoWhen you need to access to WebEx Conf and you cannot add the WebEx extension to your Chrome browser, click on the hyperlink "Run a temporary application" (as showed highlighted in the img image below) in order to get to access your trainer 's personal room where he/she will share the screen with youWebEx room.
