How to perform a Password Self-Service for SAP systems
Currently, the list of Systems below are available for Password Self-Service.

Step 1
Access SAP GRC CUP via link below in Internet Explorer ( it's not well displayed in Chrome ).

Select Password Self-Service

Enter your User ID (eg. RCS User ID, BIP User ID, etc), select your desired Language and click on the Logon button.

- If this is your first time accessing the portal, you are required to configure 2 security questions
- If Self-registration has been done before, please enter the answers to the 2 security questions given previously
- If you do not remember the correct answers entered previously,
- please contact SBS Support via portal
- Click the Submit button to continue.

Add Systems for which you want password to be reset

Select the Systems and Continue

Submit your request. You will receive an email with new password.

If users are locked in WGP, WP1 and SRM7, they can use the "Unlock Account" option to unlock themselves. The CUP request will then be sent to Manager for approval in CUP as well. For all other systems, users will need to raise ticket.
