General Presentation
Application contains the lists of all investment projects, already started or planned, with all the information needed to sort them out,
prioritize them, and have them approved.
Integrated with SAP, COLMAR is fed with actual project expenses which make it easy for the people in charge to
follow them up and update quarterly forecasts.
Access
Access to the Colmar Application has to be requested (See Getting an account).
Access is managed at 4 levels, which you will need to precise when requesting the access :
- GBU
- Plant
Portal
COLMAR project edition is accessible through a web browser
Internet Explorer supported ; Chrome works unsupported (with some
tiny limitations)
Single Sign-On (SSO). This link logs you directly into COLMAR, with
no need of typing in a password
Available Menus depend on the user’s profile
Fields with a red star * are mandatory (no way of exiting the form if they are not
filled in)

Reporting Perimeter
Currently the WBP Colmar Application contains data coming from the Acetow, PF1 and WP1 ERP server.
Data update
The data is updated daily around ~8 am Paris Time.
