STEP 1
❑ Add Account Contacts
Account Owner you can add someone in the account team
1- In Tabs => Click on “Accounts”
2- In View Menus => Select “My Accounts”
3- In ListViews => Click on “Supplier name” A R WILFLEY AND SONS
STEP 2
If the Contact does not exist, it is recommended to create it from the account page
1- Scroll down to find the "Related Contacts" and click on the button "New contact“
STEP 3
❑Contact Information
Account Name is automatically fill in this square” A R WILFLEY AND SONS”
1- Fill First Name “ Christian”, Last Name” BEYER”
2- In types select "available" you want to put in "chosen" example :Manager “Click the arrow add
3- Fill Phone, Mobile, fax, Email ” cbeyer@cranecpe.com”
❑Address Information
4- Fill all information you have ” Mailing Street, Mailing City, Mailing State/Province, Mailing Zip/Postal Code, Mailing Country"
5- Click on Save
I verify, if I added well the Contact
