Step-By-Step

Before to create a prospect, search on it to avoid creating a duplicate!

The system will warn you if a duplicate is found (based on name or address)

STEP 1

Prospect/account does not exist,

1- In Tabs => Click on  “Accounts”


2- Click on =>”New”

 

 

STEP 2

❑ Communication


2- Fill Phone, Mobile Phone, fax , E-Mail

❑ Address Information

3- Fill “Street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Country

 

 

STEP 3 New Team Member

 

Account => the buyer name is automatically fill in this square ” X COMPOUND”

1- Type => Put manager in" Chosen “

2- User => fill  the name  “Click on the magnificer at the right of the "User" Field

3- Select the Buyer

4-Save
