Overview

 In this secetion, you   can see how to add the New task after sending a CSR assessment

Step-By-Step


STEP 1


Open your CSR assessment “CSR-00000285

Scroll down to the “Action Plans" related list and click in "New Task

 

 

 


STEP 2


1- In the “Grouping field”, write the name of the Action Plan”

2- Choose for example “Commercial Follow-Up" in the field "Type” View menus

- Click on the "Status" field and choose "Open“

- Click on the "Subject" field and write the title of the task

5- Click on the "Description" field and write the description of the task

- Click on the "Root Cause" field and write the Root Cause of the task

- Click on the "Comments" field and write some comments about the task

- Click on the "GPS Axis"magnifier “

-  Tick box create Recurring Series of Tasks” Frequency

10- Choose the “due date” and End Date in the related field

11- Select Reminder in view menu ‘on occurrence date  at time for  each occurrence,

12- Click on "Save"
