Guests and Solvay Account team are by default in copy of the e-mail
Step-By-Step
How Add the Guests ?
- Solvay Guests = Solvay user with licenses Convergence
- Contact Guest = Account related contact
- Other Guests = Solvay staff unlicensed in Convergence
STEP 1
From your visit Minute, Scroll down to see the "Guests" related list and click in the button “New Guest”
1- In view menu Record Type of new record, select “Contact Guest or Other Guest or Solvay Guest”
2- Click on “Continue”
Do not change User Menu; keep the current selection "User"
STEP 2
❑ Visit Minute Detail
Click on "Preview & Send Internally => A preview of the email is generated with all its fields, including internal notes
STEP 3
Check that relevant Solvay email adresses are in copy and then click on "Send"
By default, the Account Solvay team and all guest are is CC
STEP 3
❑ Visit Minute Detail
Click on "Preview & Send Externally (An email is sent with the Visit Minutes and all its fields, excluding internal notes
