Step 1: Log in to Acquia Cloud Sites Factory

Q: What is Acquia Cloud Sites Factory?

A: Acquia is the platform which will gather each solvay websites (brands and countries) developed by Drupal.
As a contributor you might have an access to several websites.
I
n this case, connecting to Acquia Cloud Site Factory will enable you to reach the websites you need to manage.

You will be asked to fill in two fields :

  • email address

  • password - the one you have chosen when you activated your account (Eg: Solvay2018)

In case you don’t remember your password, please click on “Forgot your username or password?"
If you still can’t manage to reach the platform, please open a FreshDesk ticket.


Step 2: Select the website you want to modify

In Acquia platform you will only need to click on “Log in” within the block "main" to access to Drupal.

Important (disregard access denied message)

Once you will be connected, the screen will display the following message “Access denied”.
Please note that it doesn’t mean you are not connected to Drupal.
If you can see the yellow (in test) or red (in production) banner at the top of your browser screen then you are well connected.


Important (safety credentials for the test environment)

When entering test environment, you will need to use the following safety credentials:

  • user: solvay

  • password: rFm9dyGHegiH
