How to add additional metrics in the Budget&Costs Report

In the report Budget&Costs is possible to add 10 metrics from the column "AO" to "AX"

Step 1:

Open the Report Budget & Costs

Step 2:

Add a metric for example "Project in trouble" in the Table Wizard leaving it in the last position of the order

Step 3:

Activate the headings in Excel

Step 4:

Select the column where you want to insert the metric to the left and using the right mouse click on Insert

Example : column BN

Step 5:

In the row 15 insert the title "Project in trouble"

Step 6:

From the row 16 to at the end of the projects add the formula "=TRIM(AO16)" if the metric is a string (in red the number of the row) if it is a number only the formula "=AO16"

Note:

The metrics added they will be visible only on own PC, to add the metrics in the Report visible for all people
