Co$ta - New Changes in Release 4

In the frame of the Co$ta project, with the objective of delivering a dashboard that will improve the transparency and our decision making process, we have recently incorporated a set of improvements and corrections inspired by feedback received from users and the continuous improvement.





  • Inclusion of Purchasing data details (available in My Report)
    • PO number / PO item / PO item text
    • Contract number / Contract item / Contract item text
  • Responsible Cost Center and Position of Responsible Cost Center (available in My Report )
  • Company Code Geography/Zone (available in My Report )
  • Exclusion of non consolidated companies (Costs + FTE/Headcount)
  • Change the Exchange rate method to CAR3 to harmonize the FX methodology
  • Flexible Warning for variances in the cost packages (available in My Report )





  • Site dimension aligned with S³
  • Inconsistency between 2019 references corrected (all the same now through the different graphs/tables)





  • Destination View dashboard which will allow you to make the link between origin and P&L/Capex/Reinvoicing
  • Some minors adaptations in the layout to assure a smooth transition to F2G | Fuel for Growth (previously named as ZBB)
