Step 1 - Check list owner this value can be created /Change/Delete ADMIN

Step 2 - New Value ADMIN
Find the list
Create new entry
Fill External Key (same Format) as rest of the list FIll the English Value The other Values (German, Fr) are not necessary at this stage
NOTE: In the example above, the value should be created under a parent value called "Aerospace". Make sure you create the value under the right tree. WARNING: It sometimes does not function. In that case the work around is to export list value & reimport it by populating Parent ID (so value get set under the right tree)

Step - Modify Value ADMIN
Find the value in the list
Update the English Value only (if change is minimal)
Update the External Key if change is change is large		TBC with Conigon/Drupal team on the impact
All Products tagged with this value will now be tagged with the new value

Step - Delete Value ADMIN
Find the value in the list
Delete value
All Products tagged with this value will NO LONGER be tagged with this value
