Co$ta - Site update

The Site (C_SITE) is an attribute of the Plant (C_PLANT) and is loaded in WBP directly by the PSL Data team. 

What to do if a site is missing in Costa ?

1. There is a plant but no site => The PSL Data team needs to assign a site to the corresponding plant => Create a ticket to contact them: https://solvia.solvay.com/ 

2. There is neither a plant nor a site => The plant needs to be updated in the master data of the responsible cost center. The procedure to do it depends on the Origin flow :

 

The origin flow is CCA

The Site is an attribute of the plant maintained in the profit center of the cost center. 

There are 2 cases where a cost center can not be assigned to a plant: 

  1. In PF1, when the cost center is a reporting cost center. (It only affects historical data as reporting cost centers are not used anymore)
  2. In WP1, when the cost center is not dedicated to a single plant (ex: SG&A, CBS). There is a dummy plant in its master data = XX00 (where XX is the BFC GBU code) 

For other cases: 

  • If the cost center is not assigned to a plant. The field department of its profit center should be updated => in freshdesk go to "Finance Request" and choose 
    • RTR-Process: Finance Master Data
    • RTR-Subprocess: Support


The origin flow is OPA, WBS

The Site is an attribute of the plant maintained in the profit center of the Responsible cost center of the order/WBS.

  1. In case the responsible cost center is missing in the master data of the order/WBS, it is necessary to update the respective order/WBS by adding the correct responsible cost center => Contact Curitiba Team
  2. In case the responsible cost center of the order/WBS is a reporting cost center (in PF1 only), it should be replaced as they were all closed in May 2021 and they should not be used anymore. 
  3. For other cases the responsible cost center should be updated as for the origin flow CCA


The origin flow is WIFI_LEASE

The Site is an attribute of the plant maintained in the profit center of the Responsible cost center of the IFRS16 contract


The origin flow is NERP

The Site is an attribute of the plant inputted manually in BW with Non ERP procedure



The origin flow is COPA

The site is an attribute of the plant of the Responsible cost center that is inputted manually in a determination table.
