General Presentation

The BW DP-DiP/PP-DynaSys application regroups all the reports that are based on DynaSys tool (Demand & Distribution Planning).

More particularly, they support  :

• DP - Budget Review
• DP - Forecast Accuracy
• DP - MTP Mid Term Planning
• DiP - Distribution Planning

Reports are usually used by demand & production planning, S&OP managers and supply chain.

For information, Demand Review and Segmentation reports are being decommissioned (target Q2.2023)

Access

Access to the application in the WBP Server is provided by GBU. 

You must request to add "DP - Demand Planning"  role :

Perimeter

This application in WBP covers the data from all GBU managing their forecast in Dynasys, APO or Logility.

It does not include other Forecasting systems not mentioned above.

Data update

Dynasys data is updated 4 times a day (see the scheduled times here below) but ONLY after a change on Dynasys data. If not change is registered in Dynasys DP, do not expect any BW update

For example :
DR data are collected in DynSys at 5am CET.  The corresponding data are loaded into BW at 7am CET.
The BW loading last less than 30 minutes.   So at 7.30 you will get in BW, the view of 5am DynaSys DR data.
