IMDG 2016 Changes in Admendment 38-16 / Corrigendum December 2017
IMO has issued a corrigendum to the IMDG Code , Amendment 38-16, which can be used as from 1 January 2017. The corrigendum includes a large number of changes, mostly minor or editorial in nature, but those who need to comply with the Code should check the details of any applicable provisions.
We would like to remind you that Amendment 38-16 of the IMDG Code becomes mandatory on 1 January 2018 .

Annual Safety Day (Bernburg, Germany)
Transporting chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide and phosphoric acid near urban areas is not trivial. Companies concerned about security such as Solvay know that it requires a high level of training and precaution. It is on this premise that the factory in Bernburg, Germany, recently organized a practical workshop for teams, business partners and more than a hundred volunteer fire during its annual Safety Day.
