Connect to the home page SOLVAY and click on "Service one digital Workplace"



Select " Report an IT Issue" on  Service one 

Fill in the form to submit an incident

1- Check the box and select the type or the issue (If it's an Application issue, IT service issue,  Hypercare issue ..)







2- Once you choose the type of the issue, you will be able to select from the list the exact detail issue







3 - Fill in the other mandatory fields (Select a description, the urgency..). Then, you submit the request 










  • Once the Request is submitted, the team receive a notification to solve the problem. 
  • The ticket creator is notified when the problem is solved or if we need more information.
