How to perform a password reset self-service for SAP RCS/BW/GTS/SRM 

Tools available for self-service reset :

1. RCS : WP1 server
2. BW : BW server
3. GTS : WGP server
4. BIP : SRM (online CRM portal)
5. Other servers in the image below 

To reset your password follow these simple steps :

Step 1 
Copy the link pyjsapr3.ibm.be.solvay.com/AE/index.jsp to another browser tab to open the GRC portal

Step 2 
Click on the link 'Password Self-Service'

Step 3 
Enter your User ID (eg. RCS User ID, BIP User ID, etc), select your desired Language and click on the Logon button.

Step 4

• If this is your first time accessing the portal, you are required to configure 2 security questions

• For relogin users, please enter the answers to the 2 security questions instead.

• Click the Submit button to continue.

Step 5 
After 'Submit', Click 'Add'

Choose the server (for example “BW !! ! Production WBP ! !!” (BW Production Server) ) and continue.

Then after "submit", you will receive a mail with your BW account and password.
