CMC - Field Delivery Interface
This interface is used by Novecare and TS.
- In order to run the Field Delivery process, it is needed to send to FD CMC system all the WP2 open orders related to the process on a regularly basis.
- The program ZWOCO04800, executed by job, select the orders, collect the data and send the information to the CMC FD system through a CSV/Excel file interface.

FedEx
Currently the logistic users of the Composites GBU are using the FedEx ship manager software to ship small parcels & pallets. This software is installed on a dedicated PC & connected to a FedEx Zebra printer.
A new interface is developed as part of the Aero project to support the fully integrated shipping process, some functionalities (quote, tracking id, etc...) of the FedEx ship manager software will be available in RCS (Rhodia Core System). This interface between SAP & FedEx will be implemented using Web Services provided by FedEx.
- The scope of this interface is for Air domestic and export shipments.
The following interfaces are implemented for this development:
Outbound flow :
- SAP RCS -> Get the relevant data from the logistic flow & transfer it to WebMethods using the output type ZTRP.
- WebMethods -> Map the data received & call the FedEx Webservice:
- Shipping request (with labels);
- Rate request.
- FedEx -> Receive the request from WebMethods.
Inbound flow :
- FedEx -> Send the response (tracking ID, quote, labels) to WebMethods;
- WebMethods -> Map the data received & send back the FedEx response to SAP;
- SAP RCS -> Update the shipment with the FedEx response:
- Tender status field (tender tab) set to ‘Accepted by forwarding agent’;
- Actual cost field (tender tab) populated with the FedEx quote;
- B/L - AWB field (identification tab) populated with the FedEx (master) tracking ID;
- Shipping labels converted in PDF & stored as attachment.

Freight Forwarder (Geodis)
- This interface is developed to meet the Technology Solutions (TS) business requirements to send the Sea Export shipment, delivery and order information to the Freight forwarder (Geodis) system electronically. This information will be used to generate documents like booking information, Certificate of Origin, DG Declaration and AES filing.
- The idea is to combine all the Sea Export shipments (shipment type 9038) relevant information into one flat file and send it to the Freight forwarder system.
- Flat files generated in WP2 (RCS) will be sent to Web methods, which transfer the file to the forwarder’s server.
- The Export Logistics team (EDC) will be given access to the transaction ZWOC073A which will be used to generate the shipment file.
- A batch job is created and setup which executes the interface at specific interval to generate the flat file for the Geodis system.
- Shipments should be sent only once when they are ready to be communicated to the Freight forwarder.
- Any changes to the shipments after they are sent should be communicated to Freight forwarder via email. Shipments should not be resend using this interface as this will have an impact in the receiving system.

AirBus Billing Report
- CSR's of the Composites GBU have to upload a file to the Airbus AIRSUPPLY Web portal with the billing information .
- A new report (transaction code ZWOC30A) was developed specifically for the AirBus customers by copying the existing Billing report (ZWOC30).
- CSR will execute this new report to download the entries and then upload the .CSV file to the Airbus web portal.
- Similar report exists for AirBus in PE1 system as well.
