1) Create Solman RFC + UC based on the BW system impacted by the OSS note
2) Create a new RFC Solman admin gen for Technical team (Adagio team : is-adagio-sap-operations@solvay.com)
3) When the technical team create transport request generated by application of OSS note, we can manage with UC the release on all BW systems
