Objective of the application
SPM stands for "Sustainability Portfolio Management".
The objective of this application is to provide a "Sustainability view" (Heat Map Category, Market Alignment and Operations Vulnerability Category) for the reported sales.
The project had 2 phases:
1 - First development covering most of the GBUs (pilot Aroma and Special Chem) - go live on Oct/2017
2 - Extension for GBU Specialty Polymers and Composite Materials - go live on Oct/2018
