General Description

Have a look at the health of the Value Chain in one glimpse.
In the Summary page, retrieve the location of each indicator and follow the link on the icons to get the detailed trends.
To fit the structure of our Value Chain as described in the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model, the KPIs have been redistributed in 4 sheets: Source, Make, Deliver and Plan, to allow you to have the most relevant Selection Criteria per page.
By default, you can see the value of the previous month compared to the value of the month before or the target
Exception: when the KPI is not yet refreshed, we have the previous value and a note appears below

Retrieve the update frequencies of the KPIs in the homepage.

Important note: All GBUs don't have values for all KPIs or all dimension

About the highlights in the Summary

Indicators You need to know that
DSO and DPO
If you have an access to your GBU, you will see the figures of your GBU only.
If you can access all the GBUs, the scope of the DSO and the DPO includes CBS& Others and Energy Service until your make you own selections
Working Capital
It is here is the Financial Working Capital
Spend
It is here is the total spend: Direct + Indirect
Orderbook 
It is here the Total Orderbook from Months M to M+2
