General Description

This dashboard is a spinoff of SCREEN logistics & packaging dashboard that enables the user to dig down into more into operational data related to the logistics volumes and spend. The dashboard is a temporary solution until the global cross transport mode TMS is in place (with own reporting capabilities).

The dashboard is divided into 3 main KPI sections as per below:

Period of Analysis
There are 2 timelines in Log analytics dashboard:
  • Posting month: the month the invoice is registered 
  • Completion month: the month of departure of the transport
Scope: From YTD Y-1 to YTD Y in the dashboard 
Default selection: 
  • YTD Y-1 vs YTD Y (posting date)
  • Ability to filter on Completion month in “Opportunity assessment” page
Refresh frequency: 
Currencies
  • EUR 
  • Currency rate : CAR3 ( monthly average rate )
  • Each set of cost data is associated to a Month and a Year and has a currency, the rate is to be applied depending on the month and currency of the data, regardless of the time selection active in the dashboard (ie: the rates are applied in the script and costs are displayed “as is” in the dashboard)
