Step 1 - Activate your account


You will receive an email from Mailjet.com.

Click on the Sign up link inside.


Step 2 - Fill in your credentials

Define your first name, last name and password.


In case you are blocked - click on "Forgot your password?" or "Having issues logging in?”.

Your password need to contain at least

  • 8 characters
  • 1 letter
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character


If your

  • There is no SSO currently meaning you will need to sign in manually . If you fail multiple times to enter the right credentials it blocks all access for Solvay employees


  • If you make a mistake in your credentials, please click on “Forgot your password?”


  • If you are blocked,  please click on “Having issues logging in?” to get direct support from Mailjet’s technical team  


Step 3 - Your account is activated

You can now connect to Mailjet (https://www.mailjet.com/) and select the Login button on top right.



Login: your email address

Password: Defined in step 2


From the homepage, you can select one of the 3 steps to manage your newsletter.
