Try to remove temporary internet files from your computer.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Del to open the "Delete Browsing History" window.

- Click Delete to clear your temporary internet files.
Don't worry about which options to pick, just use the defaults. - Close and reopen Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.

- Click Clear data
- Close the Settings Window
