Yeochun Naphta Cracking Centre (YNCC) is operating its Butadiene plant at curtailed capacity levels. A Polymerupdate source in South Korea informed that the plant was presently operating at 80% of production capacity levels.
The plant restarted on June 3, 2013. It was shut on May 9, 2013 for a maintenance turnaround. Located in Yeosu, South Korea, the plant has a production capacity of 240,000 mt/year.
