Bonus Plan determines the variable compensation plan based on the individual and/or collective results.
List of Values
N/A : "Not Applicable" is used to classify persons that are not part of the internal workforce and/or not having a grade between S15 to S27 and therefore not elegible for the global variable compensation plan (STI/SIP).
STI : "Short Term Incentive Plan" classifies the people that are part of the internal workforce and having a grade between S15 to S27 and therefore elegible for the global variable compensation plan (STI) if not elegible for a Sales Incentive Plan ( SIP).
SIP : "Sales Incentive Plan" classifies the people.
