If a user requests for account deletion in Labware we do not have any procedure currently for this.  

Rather we do lock the users account.

When a user requests for account deletion in Labware please reply to user in the below format:

 

Our current position within Labware is that accounts are disabled rather than removed to allow Key Users to re-enable accounts if an Employee leaves the company but then returns a few months later.

Accounts in Labware can be deleted and restored if an employee returns to the company but this will require a business rule change that we are not yet ready to make but will be looking into this change in the near future.

Currently users are disabled after 180 days if they are not signing into Labware.

We are trying to reduce the number of days to 90 in the near future to fall in line with Solvay guidelines.
