Note : Ignore the Request Type it should be under 'Assign access to existing User' and system should be WP1 Production.
->Here user requesting access to Media Objects i.e to enable ability to see the purchase order documents attached to the order in WP1 system under transaction code VA03.
→ User is getting this error because Parameters are not correctly defined for user , so here we need to assign the right parameter to get this issue sorted , Here in this case it should be :-
- Enter Parameter ID: SD_SWU_ACTIVE and Parameter Value: X
→ To assign parameter go to Transaction code ZCA_USER_PARAM-Click on Change(Pen mark) -> Parameter → enter Parameter Id and Parameter value →Save it
→Once the parameter is saved user can able to view the purchase order documents attached to orders.
