Phase 1: Envision - High level initiatives
This initiative is proposed because Solvay M&A Corporate is finalising the sale of Rusvinyl and a standalone system (copy of PF1-020) is part of the agreement. If not done we will put at risk the deal and Solvay will be subjected to sanctions foreseen in the new EU regulation concerning the exchanges between EU and Russia.
