Procedure (How-To) presenting the process to request value list management (create, modify or delete a value in the value list)

Step 2 - Identify the possible connection to the list
1. Check if list is imported from another source system		How: WIP
2. Check if list is exported to another source system
3. In the event of value deletion, check with all PIM champions user affected or PiM product owner

Step 2 - Create a new value
If the value should be in specific tree of the attribute, go to the level, before creating the value
Use the "+" to create a new value		See screen shot below
Value must have an external key that follows the same pattern as previous		See screen shot below
Value must have an English Value		See screen shot below
Other languages values are to be used for future		See screen shot below
Parent folder value are used to place the value under a tree. It can be modified by dragging the value

Step 4 - Modify a value
Modify english value has no impact >All objects (products) who have the previous values will have the new value automatically
2. Modify External key to align with english value is more delicate. If limited change, do not modify external key to reduce possible distruption

Step 4 - Delete a value
Select the value
2. Click marked
3. Click delete
All objects (products) who have this value, will have the value removed
