• This article shows how to assign authorization to users who belongs to Verdant Speciality Solution.
  • These users are not belong to Solvay.
  • So we cannot assign any Business roles to them.
  • System : WP1

Step-by-step guide

1. When any users request access for user creation or to a particular Transaction code in WP1 system, the foremost step is to check their Department and function to assign access.

2. Suppose if we find any user whose Department is DIV - ODYSSEY - NOVECARE they belong to Verdant Speciality solution not for solvay.

3.So we cannot assign any business roles to them , besides the roles  ones with *ODY in them.

4.These type of roles assigned as privilege roles, so we need to add a note to Gabriela Andrade (gabriela.andrade@solvay.com) to assign the ODY roles.

5.Once the roles has been assigned by Gabriela , user will have the access.

6. In this way we give authorization to users who belongs to DIV - ODYSSEY - NOVECARE.

(Note: Its better to check every user in Google contacts to find their exact department and Job function)
