General presentation
The RCS KPI application provides several indicators on each RCS module in a Workbook format throught BW reports.
These reports can be :
- Refreshed/Accesses directly from BW (Analysis) after getting access to the RCS KPI Application.
- Received via automatic broadcasting monthly.
- Downloaded directly from the IS Intranet portal.
Those reports can be used to :
- To draw a status on the situation of the RCS usage (audit, pre-audit).
- To measure / assess progress in the context of projects (RCS stabilization/optimization).
- To monitor (in a permanent mode) so as not to regress.
- To compare entities (RCS plants without a same business) in order to challenge them and "cross fertilize" best pratices and solutions.

Data update
All KPI's are updated daily except for EHS which is updated once per month (first day of the month).
Workbook and KPI documentation
In the RCS KPI application, you will find one workbook per stream :
- RCS QM KPI (Quality Management - Quality Control)
- RCS PP KPI (Production Planning)
- RCS P2P KPI (Purchase to Pay)
- RCS OTC KPI (Order to Cash - Logistics - Sales)
- RCS F&P KPI (Forecast & Planning)
- RCS FA KPI (Financial Accounting)
- RCS EHS KPI (Environment - Health - Safety)
In addition, there is a workbook "RCS Synthesis KPI" that will regroup and summarize the data for each stream.
The definitions for the summarize indicators are the same as in the detailed stream workbooks. See individual stream documentation.
Broadcasts
Usually the "Synthesis" workbook is broadcasted every month (2d day of the month) to all the GBU IT Directors, IT managers and Zone delivery managers.
Each GBU director will also receive monthly (2d day of the month) all the detail workbooks for his GBU.
If you want to receive the broadcast, please contact SBS Support
The best way to get IT support is to use the new
