Co$ta - Anaplan & F2G Scope

Principles

Anaplan scope is a subset of COSTA perimeter and F2G scope is a subset of Anaplan scope. 

While COSTA is meant to be a wide repository of all indirect spend, Anaplan scope has a defined set of costs.

Anaplan & F2G scope in BW


In Co$ta - BW query, use dimensions: 

  • Flag - Anaplan Perimeter: to filter the scope Anaplan
    • # = In scope Anaplan
    • X = Out of scope Anaplan
  • Flag - F2G Perimeter: to filter the scope F2G
    • # = In scope F2G
    • X = Out of scope F2G

You can add the field Exclusion Reason - ANAPLAN or Exclusion Reason - F2G to know why the posting is excluded.

There are 10 exclusion reasons with the following meaning: 

  • GBU: The GBU is excluded,
  • C_FLGINTAll records with Intercompany Flag = X are excluded,
  • C_COMPCDE: The company is excluded,
  • C_CTMCPKG: The Macro package is excluded,
  • C_CTPKG: The package is excluded,
  • C_FUNCT_2: The cost center is included in a group of the ZCBS hierarchy that is excluded,
  • GBU__C_FUNCT_2: The exclusion is based on the combination of the GBU and the cost center group in the ZCBS hierarchy,
  • C_FUNCT_2__C_CTOFLOW: The exclusion is based on the combination of the Origin flow and the cost center group in the ZCBS hierarchy,
  • C_ORD_TYP__C_INV_REAThe exclusion is based on the combination of the order type and the investment reason,
  • C_ORD_TYP__C_CTOFLOW__C_GEN_REA__C_INV_REA: The exclusion is based on the combination of the order typethe investment reason, the General reason for investment & the Origin flow




Maintenance of the scope Anaplan & F2G in BW

The scope Anaplan & F2G is maintained with the table ZCOSTA_ANAPLAN in BW. 

The table can only be updated by IT
