Valuation class
Data Business Definition
A valuation class is a group of materials which have the same account determination. Different materials with similar properties are grouped together by valuation class. Eg Raw material, Finished Goods, Semi-Finished. A valuation class is used to determine the general ledger account for the materials stock account.
